Review: Fit For Fall Challenge - Week 1

Hey guys!

While I'm waiting for the weekly schedule to be published on the TIU website, I thought I could give a litte review on last week. I normally don‘t follow the plan like day to day, but I write done all the workouts which are scheduled for that week and incorporate them into my week. If my abs are sore I won't do a second abs workout the following day. I think you got the point. ;)

This weeks workouts were:

  • Frisky Fall Arms and Abs
  • The Best Ab Routine
  • Fit For Fall HIIT
  • 3 Moves to Toned Thighs
  • Sleek & Slender Abs
  • Sexy Sculpted Shoulders
  • Bikini Kettlebell
Plus my own goal: 14 miles

That‘s what I did:

Monday: Rest Day due to soreness from the Bikini Kettlebell (Sunday)
Tuesday: Volleyball
Wednesday: The Best Ab Routine (the last burps were really hard)
Thursday: Thailand Tush (I hate the lunges :D ) 

Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Bikini Arms 2015

Sunday: Sleek and Slender Abs & Movie Workout

And: I managed 20.5 miles!!! Yeah! I‘m really proud and I can‘t wait to start the next week. I wished my roommate could train with me but she banged her head and got diagnosed a concussion, poor girl. So she has to wait a week until she can start again. I don‘t remember how many friends I asked to join me on a TIU challenge and they never wanted to try. :( So she‘s the first one who wanted to join me and I‘m so happy about that!

I also can present my measurements which I will update in week 5 again.

Chest: 81cm
Waist: 61cm
Stomach: 78cm
Hips: 83cm
Booty: 90cm
Thighs: 54cm
Weight: 52.5kg << You should have seen my face expression when I stepped on the scale in the gym and I was so surprised. I‘ve never been at 52.5kg just with healthy eating and training. The only time I reached that number was in february when I was so stressed by working that I could‘t eat anything.
