Okay, it's getting serious! On Saturday I will start my 21-Day Sugar Detox!!! Aaaaaaah. And while I'm eating chocolate my parents sent me today I will write a preparation list. :D The book has a preparation guide, but I thought I would write my own list.

- Make a list of foods you need to replace over the 21DSD
- Go through the meal plan and decide which recipes you would like to make
- Make a meal plan
- Do grocery shopping
- Buy supplements (if you want to)
