Preparing for the 21-Day Sugar Detox

Hey guys!

Okay, it's getting serious! On Saturday I will start my 21-Day Sugar Detox!!! Aaaaaaah. And while I'm eating chocolate my parents sent me today I will write a preparation list. :D The book has a preparation guide, but I thought I would write my own list.





  1. Sign up for the Free Daily Detox Emails
  2. Throw out, give away or hide food which contains sugar 
  3. Find a friend or family member to join you 
  4. Print out the YES/NO food list
  5. Print the 21DSD Success Log & Post-Detox Log
  6. Make a list of foods you need to replace over the 21DSD
  7. Go through the meal plan and decide which recipes you would like to make
  8. Make a meal plan
  9. Do grocery shopping
  10. Buy supplements (if you want to)
  11. Make a list what to do when you crave sugar
  12. Download the 21DSD pictures for Instagram/Blog
  13. Prepare a snack box (nuts/vegetables)
  14. Measure yourself and/or make before pictures
